The aim of the Club is to enhance and develop the skills, team spirit and sheer enjoyment from the game of football of all members, by offering appropriate training facilities and the opportunity to play competitive football at their level, together with the right of parents to take responsibility for and become involved in the running of the Club and all its associated activities, ensuring that the Club offers opportunities for all children regardless of gender, race, culture, religion or means.

 

 

FIVE-YEAR DEVELOPMENT PLAN

  APRIL 2002

       The Club will endeavour to start new teams each year at the under seven age group, and start other age groups if the opportunities arise and the Clubs financial resources are in a position to do so.  

      The Clubs long-term aim is to have teams in every age group under sevens to under sixteen’s, and within the life of this plan to have a girl’s team.  

      To raise the profile of the Club and develop further, links with our local community and local schools.

      To sort further sponsorship and identify and source, new methods of funding on a regular bases.

     To develop further and strengthen our team of coaches and administrators, and to retain these people beyond the period were they have their own children playing at the Club.
